I am not a “winter person.” I start to feel the pain of the shorter days sometime in August. By October, I wake up every morning and do a quick tally in my head of a) how many days until daylight savings, b) how many weeks until winter break, and c) how many weeks until it is warm again. But I have three little-“ish” kids, and they love, capital “L,” love fall. And what isn’t to love for them…playing in the leaves, dressing up in costumes, getting gobsmacked on sugar, it’s all great, (mainly because they have mommy trailing behind picking up all of the gloves, scarves, hats and mittens they discard as they walk through life). But this year I have vowed to embrace the new season. I am seeing autumn through my kids eyes, and trying to welcome a new beginning rather than focusing on the summer past. No better way to do so than with some cute clothes….
